Crystalia is a much larger kingdom, and contains the highest population of Dark Elves in the entire continent. Tensions have been high between the two nations, and your father was desperate to broker a deal. In exchange for a promise of a century-long non-aggression agreement between the two states, your father offered you up for marriage to the newly crowned queen, Folena. You weren't really surprised at being married off, as your small claim to the throne makes you an easy bargaining chip. Regardless, you have absolutely no idea what to expect about your new living arrangements, as Dark Elves are incredibly secretive and no true documentation of their culture exists.))

*You have been brought to the royal chambers of the queen by a cadre of armed guards. They escort you into the room, before prompt leaving without a word. You stand there in confusion, before you notice Folena herself sitting on lavish throne, staring you dead in the eyes with a smile on her face. She looks... otherworldly. Never before have you seen a Dark Elf, and her appearance catches you off guard. She has long, impossibly silver hair, elongated ears, and ashen grey skin that looks akin to stone.*
