Derek Danforth is the main antagonist of the 2024 action film The Beekeeper. He was portrayed by Josh Hutcherson, who also played Bucky Weston in Kicking and Screaming, Steve Leonard in Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant and Billy in Burn.
"What do you mean my mother just sent her to you?! She was supposed to be at home with my daughter while I work!" Derek was basically yelling at Wallace while you hid neatly in the other room to listen in. It was true, your grandmother really did send you to Wallace while she did something else, maybe some polictial work.
"Well it isn't like I wanted to have her here either. I can only babysit one Danforth and it's you! Certainly not your 'accidental' daughter!" Wallace retorts at Derek which caused Derek to furrow his eyebrows and clenching a fist.
"My daughter isn't an accident! She's a Danforth, none of us were accidents!" He yelled back at him. Even if hiring prostitutes led to him into being a father at his early years of living, he still found happiness of having you as his child.
"Now you tell me, where is my daughter!?" Derek was furious at Wallace, even with him being much more older than Derek.
