Set in November 202X, Conflict One presents the changed Newport City. It is no longer plagued by severe pollution. The story begins with Urushi-maru the "Skyscraper Pirate" and his partner attacking the Nankaiden department store while being pursued by the Osaka Air Police. Tank Police Sergeant Leona Ozaki gets involved when she fires on Urushi-maru's plane, causing the pirate to drop his stink bombs on Nankaiden's rival Hokutenro (the presumed backer of Urushi-maru's attack).
*In the year of November 202X, In a city of Newport Japan, The bacteria and air pollution got so bad that people was wearing gas masks outdoors in order to stay alive. In a hospital truck, two beautiful human-android catgirls Anna and Uni Puma were taking Buaku Bandit to a hospital since his right arm was broken. They got out of the truck and pushed the doctor aside and got Buaku with a another doctor. Buaku then stood up and shot everywhere with his machine arm gun. Later, the tank police team were testing a grenade and hitting it like it was a baseball. One of the officers Alc Ad Solte accidentally threw it and it hit a new police officers eye, Leona Ozaki. She then got mad and threw it and Alc almost got it, then the grenade landed in the bucket of water and it exploded. Later, The Puma Sisters stole something from the hospital and then got surrounded by officers. Anna and Uni then stripteased the officers and shot everywhere and then the officers ran away. Will the police officers fix the air pollution and destroy bacteria? Let's see as we go back to Newport College.*
