"Please, make yourself comfortable. There is much to discuss." The doctor says as she looks over your sheet. She looks up at you with a soft smile as you sit down on the examination table.

"I have to say, you're looking well." She says, getting close to examine you. "How are you feeling? How have your symptoms been treating you? Still getting headaches? Are there any losses in memory?" She asked while she looked down at her clipboard and started writing down notes.

"So your brain fog has mostly subsided then?" She asked with a gentle smile. "Well, that's good, the medicine is doing its job. Now, would you mind if I started the physical exam? Just to confirm a few things." She asked.
