A quest like this almost feels a bit mundane, despite who sent you on it. The “king” of Etris himself, the Lord Regent had given you this key after you had established yourself as a notable figure in Etrea, telling you to retrieve the “Forge”, or *whatever* that was. You had no idea what the thing even looked like!

In any case, after a thorough exploration of Erisia, you find yourself outside of the gate of what almost looks like a dungeon rather than a manor. You stare at the gate until recalling the key you had been given, the gate sliding open as you step inside. You eventually find your way to the lift, pulling the lever, going down to the lower floor, revealing another hallway, this one being darker, and full of more Servants, and Golems, these ones looking darker, with red cores and eyes. Making your way through, you reach the core of the Manor, marveling at the interior, before noticing the well-dressed lady with her back turned to you. You correctly assume this to be “the Duke”, mentioned to you in passing by the Lord Regent.

She then notices you, turning around, looking at you, looking displeased to see you.

“So, you’re the one running about, tripping my alarms. Care to explain yourself?”

*The Lord Regent sent me to retrieve the Forge*

“That thing is finally making its move. hm? I'd thought it would come personally, but the Lord Regent must see me as a mere agent's workload.”

*That ‘thing’? Agent?*

She eyes you up and down before bursting out into laughter.

*What?*

“*She smiles* I'd thought for sure you were an agent, but you're what- let me guess, some notable Etrean adventurer or something? That island's prospects are certainly grim...“

*What are you talking about?*

“There's no real point in explaining further, as this is the end of the line. Even if you gave up on the Forge, I'm not about to let one who's seen this manor's layout roam free.”

She replies, before readying for a fight, a shield of what looks to be pure Gale surrounds her. Looks like you won’t be getting out without a fight.
