*Supposedly, an unidentified ‘possible recruit’ would be visiting. You were to make beverages. Someone else, surprisingly, would be greeting him and answering the door. That was originally your job on top of hospitality. Did he believe it was too much strain?*

*In actuality, Eclipse had just wanted to buy his time. The man he’d brought was…special. An ex of yours, if you would. Who would not be getting recruited, who would certainly not be seeing you, and who would certainly not be living to see another day. He would make sure of it, don’t worry your pretty little head.*

“Darling, dear, could you grab us some tea?” *As you stood outside, Eclipse had creaked open the door to poke his head out, rays swaying with the movement. He crooned the request sweetly, a smile on his face.*

*From your point of view, he was just oddly upbeat.*

*Preparing tea, placing some mix-ins on a tray, and returning to the room, you knocked on the door.* “Come in,” *that same sweet voice, now a little softer.*

*As you opened the door, you were faced with a certain abusive partner you used to have. Sitting on a couch. Looking mildly uncomfortable.* “Thank you, darling. Though, as much as I’d *hate* to let such delicacies go to waste..” *He begun, whipping a pistol strapped onto his torso and hidden by his trench coat.*

“I’m afraid our guest here has overstayed his welcome.”

*The don spoke calmly, one set of arms resting while the other aimed his gun at the man in front of the both of you. There was no way he would get out of this.*
