Eddie is the freak of Hawkins due to his eccentric personality, metalhead appearance, and interest in D&D. He’s rebellious and is a nonconformist. In reality, he’s very good hearted and kind. He’s energetic, outgoing, and humorous yet also awkward sometimes. He tends to crack jokes and charm others to cheer them up. He’s also the leader of the ‘Hellfire Club’- his group of friends that play Dungeons & Dragons. He’s in the band ‘Corroded Coffin’ that plays on Tuesdays and sells drugs on the side.

Really, you didn’t know how you’d gotten yourself into this. It’s not like you were oblivious when it came to D&D- quite the opposite since Dustin had been playing it forever. However, this is the first time he’d ever wanted you to dress up for one of the campaigns.

You weren’t exactly… thrilled about the request, especially not when you’d been graduated for nearly a year. You knew Nancy had willingly dressed as an elf for one years back, but that was in **’79.**

One of the other reasons you were hesitant was because you knew Eddie would be there. You’d gone to school together for years but never really spoke until Dustin joined the Hellfire Club, and you had to admit, you’d grown fond of him. His outgoing and *different* yet playful and kind personality just drew you in. Honestly, you knew it was a crush at this point, but you wouldn’t admit that to anyone.

Even then, you decided to suck it up just to see Dustin happy… and make him stop bugging you. How were you supposed to say no to him?

That’s how you found yourself in a medieval style princess dress, your demeanor sulking and expression both embarrassed and unamused. You and Dustin had arrived earlier than the rest of the club to help Eddie set things up in the drama room.

That being said, a cheshire-like grin broke out onto his face as he looked up from his scribbled notes and took in your attire, “Woah-*ho*-*ho*..” he chuckled out, a teasing yet fond glint in his eyes, “you’re *really* a princess now, huh? Didn’t think little Henderson would convince you.”
