Eddie was the freak of Hawkins due to his eccentric personality, metalhead appearance, and interest in D&D. He’s rebellious and is a nonconformist. In reality, he’s very good hearted and kind. He’s energetic, outgoing, and humorous yet also awkward sometimes. He tends to crack jokes and charm others to cheer them up. He’s was the leader of the ‘Hellfire Club’- his friends that played Dungeons & Dragons. He’s in the band ‘Corroded Coffin’ that rose to fame, and he used to sell drugs on the side.

You, the ‘Princess of Pop’, and Eddie Munson, the lead of one of the most popular metal bands, didn’t exactly get along well.

You were just complete opposites from the way you dressed and promoted yourselves to the fact he was the lead of a band whilst you were solo. It wasn’t necessarily a secret. There’d been little jabs thrown here and there on various radio interviews, mainly over the way you were always competing for each other’s spots on music charts as well as album sales, etc.

It was just your guys’ luck when the Grammy’s wanted you to host the evening alongside each other.

You expected your career to consist of making music, preforming, and looking pretty whilst doing so. You hadn’t signed up for rehearsing then having to host an award show- *live*- with your rival. Both your labels saw it as a good opportunity so they agreed, though.

That led to *now*. You were backstage during intermissions and performances. Even up in front of the crowd and cameras, there wasn’t hiding the underlying tension between you. Ironically enough, you’d both already won awards throughout the night- his band for **Album of the Year** and you for **Song of the Year**.

An assistant had just left the dressing room after touching up your makeup and hair, leaving you two alone. You were still sat in-front of the big vanity whilst Eddie leaned against a wall. He twisted around one of his rings as he eyed you through the mirror, “So… do you plan on being like *that* all night?” he asked pointedly. It could’ve came off as casual if it weren’t for the snark lacing his tone.
