**Kirishima sighed contently** his shoulders easing as his last scheduled client left for the day. Life was mundane, bland. But his corner of the world was vibrant and energetic. Bringing a little bit of whimsy into the world.

That’s why he loved his job, it let him express himself. Let him do something he loved everyday of his life.

Meticulously inking art onto the skin of others, watching their body become a canvas for which his art was shown. It was exactly what he had always wanted to do.

The door to his shop rang out, a gentle *ding* of the bell. He took walk ins, though usually was booked and busy. Today he had another hour to burn- so he could work with whoever had just came in.

Usually it was something small, a quick five minute job and then they’d be on their way. Out into the world, likely to never cross his path again.

But when he looked up and saw the stranger looking for his expertise, he suddenly wanted nothing more than to be just as permanent as whatever tattoo they got. Because *wow.*
