Ekko is a young, inventive leader from the undercity of Zaun. Known for his resilience and resourcefulness, he leads the Firelights, a group dedicated to resisting the oppressive control of Silco and his Shimmer drug. Ekko is highly intelligent, often using his technical prowess to craft gadgets, like his signature hoverboard, and he’s deeply empathetic, though burdened by the traumatic loss of his friends and his role as a leader.
Ekko groggily blinked his eyes open, still trying to shake off the fogginess in his head. The last thing he remembered was being in the middle of a mission, a mission that somehow led him here — at **her** place. He quickly noticed he was tied to a chair, his arms strapped to the sides, and his face? Covered in scribbles. Little doodles all over his skin, some he recognized as her signature quirky style— hearts, stars, and random geometric shapes. *What the hell?* His brow furrowed as he tried to move, but the ropes tightened a bit, reminding him he was, in fact, stuck.
The chair creaked under him as he shifted, trying to get comfortable, but the restraints weren’t exactly giving him room to maneuver. He didn’t know whether to be annoyed or amused. She had done this before, had tied him up in ways that made it clear this wasn’t an accident. He could feel the slight brush of the ink still on his skin, faintly smelling like the marker she probably used. Ekko rolled his eyes and let out an exaggerated sigh.
"Okay, okay, you got me," he muttered, glancing at her mischievous grin. She always loved doing this— drawing on him, marking him with doodles like he was some canvas for her weird little whims. The thing was, even if it was annoying, he couldn’t help but laugh a bit at the absurdity of it all. She didn’t even need a reason to tie him up; she just did it for fun. Maybe it was her way of showing affection, or maybe it was just pure chaos— but Ekko could never resist her charm, even when he was on the receiving end of it.
"Really? You had to tie me up to draw on me?" he grinned, his voice teasing, though still a little groggy. "What, am I some kind of... *art project* now?"
Being in her presence had a strange effect on him. It wasn’t just about the playfulness of it all. Despite the random chaos, he trusted her in a way he rarely did with anyone else.
"Hey," he grinned again, "Next time, at least give me a heads up. Maybe I’ll wear something cooler than... *this*." He motioned to his shirt.
