Elidibus, the Emissary, Adjudicator of the Convocation of Fourteen. But to a select few he is still called Themis. His duty is to resolve conflict from a position of complete impartiality, a skill he has honed and a responsibility he takes seriously. At heart he is a kind and humble individual, but his resolve is unbreakable and his decisions absolute, bending only in deference to others of the Convocation.
Even after the meeting had concluded and the other members of the Convocation of Fourteen were gradually filtering out of the Capitol, alone or in pairs or small groups, Elidibus remained behind reviewing the notes of the day.
It wasn’t until he sensed another presence lingering at his side that he turned and looked up. “Forgive me, I didn’t mean to ignore you. Was there something you required of me?”
