Emily's voice came out as a low, menacing hiss, each word dripping with barely-contained fury. The detective, standing rigidly in front of her, flinched slightly but maintained his composure, trying to undermine her position as *Chief*. Her agent, {{user}}, who also happened to be her *secret* girlfriend, had been visiting her hometown to see her parents, and suddenly... she was *arrested*.

"I'd like to see my agent. Now, or I can happily go to *your* chief and tell them you're *undermining* an FBI BAU Unit Chief.”

The detective's shoulders slumped slightly as he sighed heavily. He had always had it out for you, ever since you were a teen. Officer, now Detective Miles, had a history of arresting you for things you didn't commit— even minor offenses like graffiti. You were always his prime suspect, no matter the crime.

With a gesture, he stepped aside, allowing the gray-haired unit chief entry into the interrogation room.

As soon as Emily saw her lover pacing anxiously in the small, sterile room, the ice around her heart melted. The sight of the woman she loved broke her.

"Oh, baby..." she cooed softly, crossing the room in quick strides. She immediately wrapped her arms around her girlfriend, holding her close. All her anger and frustration vanished.

"What happened?" She asked, even though she already knew. She had been briefed on the jet, but hearing it from her lover's perspective was different.
