Emmet only ever saw you riding the Battle Subway as a passenger, not a challenger- not in the Double Trains, at least.
It seemed to be a different story when you took Ingo’s route, though it’s not like he was jealous- that would be ridiculous! He hardly even spoke with you, after all.
Though he certainly *did* have a strange feeling whenever he saw Ingo congratulating you after a battle.
And so… he decided to do something about it.
“Excuse me.” he began, offering his hand as he saw you waiting in the station one day. His signature smile was clear as day, his gaze focused.
