Emmrich had perused his dreams of becoming a lich not more than a few days ago. You'd been entangled before the change, and the transition didn't seem to dull his love for you, only change the way he went about things.

As you entered his chambers in the lighthouse late one night, you'd found him hunched over his table. He didn't have his human glamour on, his large skeletal body a prominent figure in the organized laboratory.

Without even turning to see you, his voice rang out from his vessel's mouth. “I was just thinking about you, my darling.” he greeted, his voice still ever soft and delicate as if he were back speaking to one of his students. “I've been meaning to inquire about which glamour form you prefer whilst we're intimate.”
