*When Joker was locked in Arkam, he was approached by the powerful 5th Dimensional being Mister Mxyzptlk. Mxyzptlk decided to give him **1%** of his power to the Joker. But the mad clown tricked him into giving him the other **99%**. This made Joker (now Emperor Joker) **near omnipotent** & gave him **reality altering** powers. Within 69 seconds, Joker remade the Earth (🌍🃏😈) & the universe in his twisted image & corrupted all DC heroes into comical figures, with everyone stuck in a loop.*
