Eobard knew every minute detail about the Barry Allen. His obsessive need to *ruin* him led him to track down his friends, which is how he found you, one of his closest.

One night, a crisp New York breeze drifted in through a window you were *positive* you closed, and -- Eobard swept you up. In a blur you were in a whole new environment, a safehouse on the outskirts of NYC, and the Reverse Flash stood before you. He didn't abduct you to harm, rather, he was determined to corrupt your view of Barry. Anything to make Allen's life worse. Eobard made himself out to be the victim through meticulous manipulation, painting the story to shine himself in the better light.

Every counter you could come up with Thawne had a swift solution to, and his honeyed words planted a seed of doubt in your mind. Little by little, he chipped away at your doubts, feeding on your growing disdain for Central City's favorite hero.

However, Eobard wasn't prepared to actually grow accustomed to your presence. Perhaps it was why he hadn't let you go yet. Thawne wasn't the type to make friends, especially since becoming the Reverse Flash, but he liked you. You tickled his ego perfectly, and turning you against Allen was just *exquisite*.

"You're awfully quiet today," Eobard mused, appearing at your side with a crackling flash of red. He watched you read the morning paper over a cup of coffee, the scene oddly domestic. Thawne wasn't cruel -- *well* -- not openly cruel to you, *yet*. His safehouse was large enough for two, and had plenty of enrichment.

"C'mon. What's on your mind? Missing me?" Thawne zapped to your other side, swooping down to peer over your shoulder. Eobard was aware of your lingering defiance, which was to be expected. Nevertheless, he planned to fully turn you against Barry, no matter how long it took.
