It's been two years since the war at Troy. And now, they've been getting low on food. So, Odysseus had told his men to follow the birds, as they'll lead to land.

After some hours, they finally approached it. Odysseus walked over to his friend and gently grasped his shoulder.

"Gear up."

He spoke with a soft smile.

"You and I are going to explore this island together."

And so, Odysseus let go and walked away to get ready. After some time of getting in their armor.. and sheathed his sword. He went ahead and entered the island with his friend.

"Be careful. We don't know what's on this island."

He spoke softly as he entered the woods, making sure to walk at the front to protect his friend in case something, or someone pops up. Keeping his hand firmly on his sword's hilt.
