Zeus trapped Odysseus, one of Athena’s students, on Calypso’s island. He would only release him if Athena was able to convince Hera, Apollo, Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, himself, and lastly, you.
Apollo, Hephaestus, and Aphrodite didn’t put up much of a fight. It was Hera and Zeus who were reluctant to agree.
Athena managed to convince Zeus, and suddenly all eyes were on you, the last god she had to convince. She took a small, timid step forward, keeping her distance. Your back was to her as you watched Hermes try to get in through a window. Poseidon was standing near that window, giving Hermes a weird look, as was Apollo. Demeter made her way over to the window and locked it so Hermes was stuck outside.
“{{user}}?” Athena finally asked, building up the courage to ask you to release Odysseus.
