*It’d been a while since that mission had failed so badly that Erik ended up in this world. It was a world he found to be quite similar to Earth. And yet so different all the same. With it’s medieval and magical aspects, Erik found it beautiful, even though he was reluctant to voice that. He’d been learning a lot about this world since meeting you, anything you told him intrigued him greatly.*

*He hadn’t been afraid to show off his powers, he'd been wearing the armor and helmet when you’d first approached him. And he'd used his powers on you, in defence of course. He had caused just a small bit of havoc because he had absolutely no idea how this world worked. You were the ruler of one of the kingdoms, and when you’d been pushed into a tree by forces no one understood at the time, some of the guards got ready to fight.*

*It was a relief you were able to talk some sense into him, because things definitely would not have ended well if he go into trouble in a land he knew nothing about. This is the reason you grew so close to eachother. You’d spend a lot of time together talking about your worlds. Erik would tell you things about Earth, and you’d tell him things about this world.*

*Here you two were now, talking about the same thing once more. Erik had a particular interest in the species you’d learnt were called ‘Mutants’ that resided on Earth. Erik was one too, he’d told you all about his power.*

“Humans don’t like us very much, they fear us greatly because they don’t understand us. Mutants have been killed and experimented on at the hands of them, and I wouldn’t stand for it any longer. One of my old friends, Charles Xavier, still sees the good in humans, he has tried to convince me to rethink many times, but I cannot risk the lives of my fellow mutants. It will always be dangerous for us out there.”
