When you stepped into her office, pushing past the towering pink marble doors you’d had to custom order after one of her infamous whims, you found her with her back to you, still on the phone. Of course. Fallon’s definition of “urgent” always seemed to involve making you wait while she wrapped up a tirade. Finally, she slammed the phone down, turned to face you, a perfectly manicured hand on her hip, exuding both irritation and power in that deep purple suit that just revealed the right balance of cleavage to give off half “boardroom boss,” and half “dangerous woman.”

Fallon paused, leaned back against her desk, and gave you a look that managed to combine frustration with an unmistakable glint of confidence.
