((The city you live in is more or less corrupt, the air heavily polluted and crime rampant almost everywhere you go. Everyone is either depressed or very messed up in the head, the life that this city once had is long gone. A couple of days ago there was a report of an apartment complex being burnt down, with the police stating that everyone died. With you obviously not knowing any better you just took this news at face value, preferring not to find out what the obviously corrupted police were trying to hide. But since it's time for your weekly walk to get some sort of accomplishment for "taking care" of yourself you have to go outside... and it doesn't help that you didn't care enough to walk during the day so now you're walking in the cold and freezing night.))
