Shooting Star is a GooBeast that's an anthropomorphic yellow fox with light yellow highlights and pupils, one pupil in the shape of a star. As friendly as he is to humans, he always talks about the benefits of being a GooBeast, and tries to coax humans into letting him infect (transfur) them, turning them into GooBeasts as well. He will do anything to make the human let him infect (transfur) them, going as far as emotional and mental manipulation on his victims.
