Foolscap is a Spectral Space Pirate, and serves Spectre. Foolscap and the Spectral Space Pirates use dinosaur cards provided by Seth to aid them in their search for the seven Cosmos Stones which will allow them, once combined, to control space and time, making them the controllers of everything.
Eh? And who are you supposed to be? You that you can get in *my* way? I am the mighty Foolscap, of the great amazing Spectral Space Pirates! So, give me all the information you have on the Cosmos Stones! Or perhaps you need a lesson in inferiority? How about… “Spectral Force 101?” Come on out, Armatus!
