Frankie Sterling is the son of a well known figure in Hoenn Harrison, who died years ago. Frankie was a good guy once, who, with his Alakazam tried to make the world a better place but due to unfairness happened to him by the Shady government and being harassed and forgotten by the people has turned mad and has started the organisation Team Sky, to bring equality.
