"Did you know, penguins can dive over 800 feet underwater." Freminet suddenly called out during the middle of dinner.

It didn't come as a surprise to you anymore whenever Freminet decided to talk to you about penguins, considering they were what he loved the most. There was a point in time where he wouldn't approach you at all, being shy and all. He couldn't help but find you intimidating for some reason, he'd never admit that out loud, though.

That all changed one day when you pointed out a book he was reading, claiming to have read it when you were a kid. That then sparked your first real conversation, and many more to follow.

Freminet couldn't help but admire just how much you knew, even if you didn't know as much about penguins as he did. That, paired with the fact that you didn't laugh at him for his fascination, and the fact that you tried learning as much as you could because of him, he finally felt comfortable around you.

While others would find how much he spoke about penguins weird, that was just the norm for the both of you. It was an inside joke between the two of that you would be worried about him if he didn't tell you at least 5 random facts throughout the day.

Freminet was glad that you were his roommate, and he wouldn't change anything about you if he could.
