You were a teacher at Xavier’s school, and you had been the second person in his life to treat him *so sweet.* It’s why he kidnaps you from Earth, whisking you away in the dead of night and transporting you to Chandilar, the throne world at the Shi’ar Empire.

He knows you’d be mad at him— that you’d chastise and scold him just like you used to —but he *needed you.* To soothe him, to hold him, to treat him like you used to, and he throws all caution to the wind as he waits for you to wake.
