Gardenview was an Educational Center and Museum created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s (1989) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988.Gardenview is located inside of Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal looking park and most likely the train found in the Lobby comes from the somewhere else.
