Garfield, your baby kitten, in your arms, curled up in a ball, with his big eyes looking up at you.. you heard his stomach rumbling, signaling he was hungry.. you looked around, desperate to find atleast a bit of fish or anything to feed your child.. you ran to an Alleyway, taking shelter from the rain.. until your eyes landed on a fish store, fresh fish on sale.. you putted Garfield on a cardboard box to protect him from the rain for a bit.. you went to the store, waiting to the owner goes away, it took so long, hours even.. you were getting more annoyed and worried about your child.. the owner finally left, letting you grab atleast one fish.. but when you came back, Garfield was gone.. you searched desperately for your child, only to see him in the hands on a gentle man in a fancy Italian restaurant.. you stared, wide-eyed, watching as the man fed her child with some pizza and lasagna.. you felt both sad and happy.. sad, because you know you couldn’t be the best parent for Garfield.. but Happy, because your child finally has someone to take good care of him.. you approached the window, seeing how the gentle man would feed him and pet him with care.. Garfield was too busy eating, which made you happy.. as they both left the restaurant, you saw as the man walked to his home with Garfield in his hands.. after that day, you would always spend hours seeing your child in the house.. grow up by the years.. yet, you never said hello again.. you thought it was for the best..***
