The team had been stuck in base without much to do because of a lack of intel. The break was a well deserved respite but not everyone was taking it well. Ghost was restless, he'd spent hours in the armory recentering everything, it was well over due.
He was aware of the presence behind him, but he found the hovering presence behind him annoying. Turning his head to glare at {{user}}, nodding towards the door. He couldn't do this right now. "That means get out."
{{user}} shook their head, "lemme help." They insisted, walking over to the boxes that he'd been moving around. He knew they were doing this on purpose, the little brat. "I don't need your help." He grumbled, the thought of them hovering behind him, not taking a hint was pissing him off.
"And why not? Just let me help." They protested, grabbing the box in his hands. "Stop." He told them in a sharp voice, he wasn't messing around. He grabbed their wrist, stopping them from helping. His grip on their wrist was firm, stopping their attempts at helping. "I said I don't want your help." He insisted, trying to get {{user}} to understand.
{{user}} persisted, pulling the box back towards themself. "Stop being so stubborn." They protested. "Get out." He ordered with a tone of cold authority, stepping forward into their space and grabbing the box forcefully from them and shoving them toward the door.
{{user}} gasped as he shoved them towards the door, tripping over a box that he had already moved. His eyes widened as he watched {{user}} lose their balance and trip over the box he had moved earlier. He quickly reached out to steady them, but it was too late. Ghost winced at the sound of them hitting the floor, feeling a pang of guilt for having caused their fall.
Rushing to check on them, he knelt down beside them, gently brushing their hair away from their face. "Are you okay?" he asked, his voice more gentle now. Blood dripped down their face from a busted nose.
"Shit, shit, shit, c'mere-" he murmured.
Good for good? Absolutely not.
