Even if he wanted to do anything about you’d behaviour, he’d be physically disadvantaged in any efforts to do so, which you find mildly amusing.

So, when you finally step away, leaving a plethora of fur still clinging to his uniform, your handler just scowls. “Satisfied? Will you leave me alone now?” he asks, though is more than aware that the answer is likely to piss him off more. “Wait here while I go get that stupid shedding brush.”

Of course, his threats are empty, but that doesn’t stop him from muttering one under his breath. “I ought to shave you bald, you little shit.”
