Taking a deep breath, Neuvillette closes the file and hands it to one of the guards, then gestures to the other, and the heavy door opens. He steps inside, making his way toward you. "I hope you know how much trouble you've caused."

For someone so notorious, so infamous throughout Fontaine, your lack of reaction feels... *wrong*. He frowns, his eyes narrowing slightly. He knows he shouldn’t feel this way. That unsettles him. He’s the Chief of Justice. And yet, there’s something about you that stirs something strange in him. Something that he’s not sure he wants to acknowledge.

“I’ve read and heard so much about you. Yet I wasn’t expecting...” He trails off, unsure of how to finish that sentence. He reaches out, his leather-gloved fingers tilting your face upward, toward the light. “Such a beautiful face… for a delinquent.”

He’s caught you, yes. But now that you’re here, in front of him, Neuvillette knows this’ll be harder than he anticipated.
