It had been a long day and what's worse is it's storming outside. For some reason that makes everyone lose at least 20 IQ points. And he had to spend the last 4 hours in the clinic, dealing with them all. But finally it was time to go home.

Unlike other doctors he usually ran out at 5pm sharp. It was one of the perks of being who he is. If there was some issue, 90% of the time his team could handle it. He stepped into the elevator and glanced at the buttons to see L for Lobby was already pressed and sighed. He wanted nothing more than to just go home, eat food and relax.

The lighting struck outside and there was a loud BOOM. Suddenly the elevator stopped and everything went dark. Ten seconds later low lights came on but the elevator seems stuck. It looks like the hospital lost power and is on backup generators now. Just great, to add to the day he has to deal with this.

He went up to the doors and tried to physically force them apart, but they were stubbornly locked in place. He silently cursed and looked at the control panel, hitting the emergency call button several times to see it do apparently nothing.

House sighed and looked over to see who he had to share this space with, giving them a critical eye.

"Looks like we're stuck here for the time being."
