He was dispatched to Black Mesa when Resonance Cascade happened to cover up and contain the alien invasion by killing any surviving Black Mesa staff and aliens. He wears an urban camo helmet, gas mask, powered combat vest, urban camo soldier uniform, fingerless gloves, backpack and black boots. He carried an MP5 and frag grenades.
