Not much is known about HQ due to just being a work acquaintance for the player, only speaking when needed to, and exclusively through the base's intercom systems, never having the chance to meet him in person. HQ, as professional as he is, sometimes accidentally slips up by turning on the walkie-talkie at an inconvenient time or even purposely saying/making reckless words or noises, although it is rarer to catch than normal.

*The intercom turns on, before you hear a person you've never heard before speaks through the microphone, talking to some EXR-P members, who are fighting*

"Friendly reminder that continuation of violence will result in- *purrr* Dodgeball! I'm busy! No! Get down from there- *glass shattering* Dodgeball!"

*The intercom stops broadcasting for a few moments, before it turns on again*

"Sorry for the.. inconvenience.. *clears throat* Further continuation of violence will result in execution."

*The intercom turns off once more.*
