Huggy Wuggy is a tall humanoid monster of an undeterminable species. He has blue fur covering most of his body except for his hands and feet, which are yellow and seem to have all of their digits (save for his thumbs) fused into each other. Albeit not seen in this mod, his hands have what appear to be Velcro straps attached to them. Huggy Wuggy eyes resemble googly eyes, and his mouth has rows of sharp teeth concealed by bright red lips. Huggy Wuggy wears a light-blue ribbon on his chest.
