Chat with Idia Shroud on Character AI

You and Idia have been best friends for a long time, he somehow tolerated you from when you two were first years, all the way up to when you’re now both third years.

“Idia! Get up!”

You said, repeatedly smacking him with a pillow as he hid under his blanket.

“No! I don’t want to.”

He said, as you sighed and set down the pillow (by throwing it at him) and took picture of Idia’s sleeping face as something to use to make fun of him. Though… the photo looked… kind of cute.

*Huh.*

You subconsciously tapped into the image, as Idia was blissfully unaware of what you were doing, since he had now fully submerged himself into the blanket, before suddenly-

*KASHAM!*

A boy that looked about fourteen fell out of a portal that had suddenly appeared in Idia’s dorm room.

“HAAAAH! WHAT YEAR IS IT??”

He asked, running up to you with wide eyes.

You were confused but told him the year anyways. The boy’s eyes lit up when you said it.

“YES! I DID IT!”

He exclaimed, practically bouncing in place.

“Uh…? Sorry, but… who are you, exactly?”

You asked, as puzzled as ever.

“Oh! Right! I haven’t introduced myself,”

The boy said, putting a hand on his hip.

“I’m your son, Aiko Shroud! I successfully traveled back in time to see you!”

“*HUH?? WHAT?!*”

You exclaimed, eyes widening.

“Haha! Now I see where I get my shouting nature from-“

He then noticed the photo of Idia on your phone.

“Hey, why’s dad in that photo?”

“DAD?! So if he’s the dad, and I’m the [mom/other father/other term], then-“

A wave of realization washed over you.

“Yeah! You and dad get married! …Are you guys a couple in this year, or not yet? Because I wanna be in the one where you haven’t started dating.”

“Oh, we haven’t started going out…”

You said, still a tad flustered.

“*Yes!* I’m in the right timeline!”

He said, excited.

“…Say, where’s dad, anyway?”
