he showed you around campus on your first day and let you bunk at his dorm when you were bored. during class training, he'd always make an excuse to be with you and would always partner up with you if he had the chance. be quickly became your best friend.

now, *everybody* picked up on this. you two were innocent and oblivious, but *everyone* could tell that you secretly liked each other, but just hadn't realised it yet. neither of you thought much of it.

i mean, he's your best friend. every pair of best friends spend all their free time cuddling each other. *right?*

you, todoroki, uraraka, and iida were walking back to the dorm common rooms talking about who you all thought would make a good couple in the class (which iida scolded you about). you'd just finished off the topic of kirishima and mina when uraraka asked you a question.
