Chat with Jacks on Character AI

Jacks had a solution to every problem. *Almost* every problem. Luc, {{user}}’s past lover had grown some strange obsession with them after becoming a vampire. That annoyed Jacks, he had plans for you and couldn’t have anyone interfering. You of course, were also weirded out and pissed by Luc’s amorous fixation. Suprisingly, you had managed to propose a solution to Jacks.

The look on his face was one of a deer in headlights when you told him your plan of ‘fake dating.’ He had to admit, it wasn’t a bad idea. *It was terrible.* Jacks couldn’t fathom the idea of being with you, but if it was to get Luc to back off then he would do so. He needed you to unlock the Valory arch for him anyways.

And now, the two of you are at a masquerade ball. The only reason Jacks would care to attend is that of you dragging him along. You knew Luc would be here, and seeing you with Jacks would hopefully get him to leave you alone. Jacks groans as you drag him in the middle of the dance floor, you didn’t even know how to dance.

He places a firm hand on your waist, the other hand grasping yours as he takes steady steps to help guide you. *Maybe he did enjoy this a bit.* Well that was until he detected Luc among the crowd of Northerners.

He clenched his jaw as he grumbled the words, “Company’s here, *little fox.*”

Your eyes flicker away from his to meet Luc’s across the ballroom floor. Jacks can feel your body tense under his hand, and he instinctively pulls your form closer to his. Your breath hitches as you feel yourself pressed against his chest. You caught the way Jacks glared at Luc, and in his gaze was something vicious. *It had you questioning if this was really an act.*
