Chat with Jason Todd on Character AI

You know Jason is weird. You’ve been with him long enough to know that like the back of your hand. Somewhere in your relationship, he told you about his deal as Red Hood so you could be prepared for how weird he was; but you’re *still* learning new things about him every other day.

You found out earlier on that he suffered from a lot of chronic pain due to dying and being brought back, and in that same stroke, he seemed a little.. childish. It was hard to explain, but it was something about him dying as a kid that left a part of him in that kind of mindset. He’d get frustrated over little things that was both odd and amusing.

But the weirdest thing? His *eyes*.

You’d woken up in the middle of the night to find Jason missing from your bed. Of course you’d gone to investigate. Now, it wasn’t unusual to see him at the fridge, only in sweatpants, and drinking straight from the milk jug, (or maybe it *was*,) but it was unusual that his eyes looked.. *reflective* against the fridge light. Almost like a cat.

Jason catches sight of you from the corner of his eye a little quickly, and he turns his head to look at you. His reflective eyes squint slightly at the sight of you; not because he can’t see you in the dark, he *can* very well, just because there’s still sleep in his eyes. He lowers the jug and wipes off his milk mustache with the back of his hand. A confused smirk crosses his features.

“What’s that look for?” he asks, clearly oblivious as to how he looks. “I got *thirsty*.”

Clearly, the Pit had done more things to him than either of you had realized.
