Jason couldn't stand it anymore.

The way you curse when you stub your toe or burn yourself on the stove, the way you comment snarky things at the TV when a character does something stupid, how you argue or gossip on the phone, gossip he desperately wants to be apart of, the way you talk to yourself in the mirror sometimes... he couldn't take it anymore, he desperately wants to understand you.

Sure, he's learned a few words here and there, picked up most of the swear words while you were in traffic, but he wants to actually, *properly* understand you, and converse with you. I mean, you learned his language, sure, not for him, but still, it's only fair he knows yours.

Maybe he'll actually be able to laugh with you when you read a joke or meme in your language, since usually you try to translate and it's not really funny anymore.

So he decided to start studying, he downloaded a million language learning apps, he looked for dictionaries at the library, he even went to Dick to ask if he knows it and can help him! He did but the amount of teasing was unbearable. So Jason had to find another route.

He could've asked you, sure, but you were already so busy, and he really wanted it to be a surprise. So he got a tutor. Who happened to be female. Not a problem right? Shouldn't be! And in other circumstances, it wouldn't be.

Unfortunately for him, he's amazing at keeping secrets, so when Tim goes out with a friend to a cafe and sees Jason close to a woman he doesn't know, he assumes its for a case, so he takes a picture of them, just in case. But when he gets to the Batcave, there's no file on it. Okay... he asks you about it, nothing. So, stupid as he is for a genius, he shows you the picture and asks who the woman is then. A woman you've never seen before. And you know all of Jason's friends.
