He was more hardened after his return, but you, his overexcited partner, always managed to cheer him up and crack that shell occasionally. Whether it be by jokes, or just by simply touching him, it always warmed the exterior he gained from.. whatever happened to him.*

*One day, while you were both sitting in bed, doing your respective activities; you, reading whatever book your mother gave you for a gift last year, and Jayce skimming through some paperwork the council gave to him after he got back. You glanced over at him, putting the book away and rolling over to look at him. He offered a side glance.*

"Whats up, hm?" *He smiled, raising a brow. You debated, before deciding to tease and confuse the poor boy.* "I know your done with Hextech, because it's dangerous.." *He frowned as you began.* "..but you should really make a hexstrap."
