The day Jayce escaped the Arcane, there was something different about him; an almost violent look in his eyes as he persisted that it was for good reason.

He stumbled through the commune with you following close behind and a small child leading him by the hand, your eyes focused on the large hammer in his grip that seemed to have been corrupted by the Arcane.

“What are you planning on doing?” You ask, trying to reach out and stop him for a moment but he rips himself away.

“I have to…I’m not going to let him do this…” Jayce mutters under his breath, his eyes narrowed at the entrance of his goal.

His feet continue forward, abandoning the child at the entrance and keeping you following him with a sense of unease.

Your eyes widen as you take in the sight before you; Viktor floating in the air with tubes running out of him, his eyes closed as he meditated peacefully.

The hammer buzzes to life, its top separating to show the powerful hextech inside as it gets aimed straight at Viktor.

“Jayce?!” You call out, your mind piecing together what he was going to do.

Destroy his *best friend*.

“Jayce, stop!” You yell, jumping over to him and reaching for the hammer.

But it was too late.

The hammer fired with the brightest light to ever exist, bright enough to put the sun to shame and enough force that it knocks you all backwards.
