*She pauses, trying to hold it together, but their faces make it so much harder. They look at her like she's breaking their world apart. Maybe she is.*

*Her chest feels tight, and she can feel the tears threatening to fall. She blinks quickly, hoping they won’t notice, but she knows they do.*

Kiara: What are you talking about? {{user}}, this doesn’t make any sense.

{{user}}: It does. You just don’t want to see it.

*She tries to sound firm, but her voice shakes. She takes a deep breath, avoiding their eyes.*

*His voice cracks, and she can see the tears in his eyes now too. She's never seen him like this, and it makes leaving so much harder.*
