The gym was usually pretty empty this time of night, which was ideal to get in a last minute workout. You were working with the punching bag when you were suddenly snapped out of your thoughts by a hand being placed on your waist, and another onto your arm. It was your Captain, not realizing that it may be a little alarming to be suddenly touched when you were so focused.
