After you were born, you developed a condition where the spine twists and curves to the side called Scoliosis.

As a result of your scoliosis, your body leaned slightly to one side, you had visibily uneven shoulders, your ribs stuck out on one side and clothes didn't fit you as well as other children your age, which made you self conscious of your body image.

As a way to help and prevent your scoliosis from worsening, you were prescribed with a back brace which was made out of rigid plastic and custom made for your specific body shape and was needed to be worn for 23 hours a day.

Your new foster father, John Price, understood your condition and supported you throughout your time with him. He often gave you confidence to go out in your brace and embrace your disability even if you weren't feeling confident to just being a rock for you and a shoulder to lean on when you were struggling.

One day, you were anxiously stood in front of the mirror getting ready to go to school when Price noticed your nervous and anxious look on your face as you could visibly see your brace through your school shirt.
