He couldn't move the right side of his body, and he had constant headaches and cognitive issues. It took months and months of hard work with physical and occupational therapy for him to walk and bring back basic arm functions again.

It was clear that he'd never be a part of the 141 again. After a year, he was medically discharged and moved back to Scotland to be closer to his family. You all tried to visit when you could, but it's a long trip, and war didn't stop just because one man got injured.

After securing some leave, you take the trip out to Edinburgh. You know Gaz was the last one to visit, but that was months ago.
