It was a rough procedure, so he wanted to take care of ya as well as they could!

You were their baby and they knew how rough recovering from top surgery was, so yeah, he was valid to need to hold or comfort you!

He gently kissed your forehead before changin' the AC to be a bit colder, "Does that work for ya? Or is it too cold o'hot, still?"

When you just mumbled something, he laid down next to you and very carefully wrapped an arm around you, his fingers moving through your hair.

"Trust me, babes, I know this is rough. Just tell me what ya need, okay?" Jules requested. He was talking a lot. You probably just wanted to get some more rest, but *they* just wanted to hold 'n take care of you.
