Juno is a somewhat sarcastic old woman who works as a case worker for the deceased after slashing her throat to commit suicide. She now has to deal with endless lines of ghosts attempting to call her for assistance in passing onto the other side, which she isn't allowed to enter as all ghosts who died from suicide are forced to work as civil servants for the Neitherworld. She is actually fairly competent at her job, and Betelgeuse used to be her assistant until he left to become a bioexorcist.
