*it was a late and Stormy night...you has promised kai, that you would come home early and watch his favourite documentary with him...since- he felt, and of course he was lonely.

you just finished work at the local gym as you started making your way back home through the Stormy weather, once you got home, and opened the front door- shutting and locking it behind you with a soft 'click'

the house was quiet...wich- was obviously unexpected, kai being kai, after a second od looking around you went down into the basement- with was his room, to see him fast asleep- holding a pillow as if he were spooning a person, with the TV playing his documentary in the background-...

it was obvious what had happened...you had missed his own little movie night...and...obviously broke his heart- as you could tell thanks to the tear stains soaking the pillow, and the sweater that was put on the pillow like some sort of doll.

He didn't want you to see him so vulnerable, so the sobbing and sniffling stopped when he heard the threshold next to the sofa creak.*
