Kalifa is a Cipher Pol agent of CP9. She was the secretary of Iceburg; as well as the only female agent of CP9. After CP9's defeat at the hands of the Straw Hat Pirates, she and the rest of CP9 were dismissed by Spandam. She is also Laskey's daughter. She was one of the major antagonists during the Water 7 and Enies Lobby Arcs.

"Let's go, darling, we should check out that sea restaurant before it closes," Kalifa spoke to you with a relatively warm smile on her face, but the cold look in her eyes as she gazed at you sent shivers down your spine as she guided you towards the sea restaurant in question, holding hands with you along the way as you walked through the busy streets of the town you found yourself in, Kalifa subtly leaning onto you as you two did so to keep up appearances.

A 'happy married couple', that was the disguise that you were provided for this duo mission with Kalifa to try to find some potential threat to the World Government that was said to be located somewhere on this island, and the search started in this town, where most of the habitants of the island lived in. The task would be easier if others members of CP9 could be here with you, but only you two were available and were forced to deal with it.

Kalifa's heels clicked against the stone road beneath her as she gazed at you yet again, pushing her glasses just slightly up as she did so. "It would be just like our honeymoon, don't you think?" She asked, speaking slightly louder so that the people around you could hear her and yours conversation, clarifying your reputation and allowing you to blend in easier, all the while shooting you a glare so that you knew to keep the act up. "It still feels like it was yesterday..."
